    Application Process and Move-In Costs

    To apply, each applicant over the age of 18 must submit a separate application along with a nonrefundable $65 application fee. All occupants over 18 must apply and be listed on the lease.

    Once your application is approved by the landlord, we will send you a copy of the lease for review. If you wish to move forward, a payment equal to one month’s rent is required to secure the apartment and take it off the market. This payment is nonrefundable.


    Move-In Costs:
    Before your move-in date, the following are due:

    - Last month's rent
    - Security deposit (equal to one month’s rent)
    - Monthly water fee
    - Applicable pet fee (see below)
     

    Pet Policy (nonrefundable fees):

    - Cat: $400
    - Dog: $750
     

    Additional Fees:

    - Move-In Fee: $250

    - Move-Out Fee: $250
    These fees cover elevator use and may be waived if the elevator is not used.
     

    Optional Add-Ons (based on availability):

    - Parking: $375/month
    - Storage: $150–$300/month (varies by size and location)
