To apply we require 1st month's rent along with a nonrefundable $65 application fee. Everyone who will be living in the location must apply who is over the age of 18 years old. All occupants must be on the lease.
Once your application is accepted by the Landlord. A lease will be provided to you to review. To secure the home, we require payment of 1st month's rent. 1st month's rent is nonrefundable.
Prior to move in, last month's rent and a security deposit equivalent to one month's rent are due. Along with the monthly water fee and any pet fee should it apply.
Pet Policy: Cat fee is $400.00, Dog fee is $750.00, nonrefundable.
Move-In Fee $250.00 & Move-Out Fee $250.00 * The fees cover the use of the elevator. These fees may be waived should you not use the elevator.
Parking spaces $375.00/m depending on availability.
Storage spaces range from $150.00 -$300.00/m depending on the size, location and availability.
